'Panini' Run: = Long 'Sandwich run to a parkrun on a Saturday. Typically above 12km. Also usually involves café stop

B4B: = Before Breakfast run. Local run in and around Panshanger. Meeting point to be agreed. Starts on Thursdays at 7am
